Ghost Fest Returns To Oxford Castle – Unlocked With Fearsome Line-up
Ghost Fest at Oxford Castle – Unlocked is back for its sixth year this October, with Living TV’s Most Haunted parapsychologist Dr Ciarán O’Keeffe and a selection of acclaimed paranormal investigators on board to deliver a month of spine-chilling ghostly explorations. Friday and Saturday nights throughout October will be filled with vigils, experiments and séances, spooky tours of the castle, plus the chance to get hands-on with paranormal investigation equipment, making 2011 the most fearsome Ghost Fest yet!
Celebrity parapsychologist Dr Ciarán O’Keeffe, commented: “Oxford Castle – Unlocked is well known for its ghoulish past, although it hasn’t been thoroughly explored … yet. This year at Ghost Fest is a great opportunity to discover the secrets of the 15 known ghosts who dwell within the castle walls.”
Haunting its way through history, Oxford Castle - Unlocked is renowned as one of the spookiest buildings in Britain. A former royal residence and prison nestled in the heart of Oxford’s west end, the visitor attraction has hosted Ghost Fest since it was opened by the Queen in 2006.
